Primal Idle · Reply All Games · last updated 2026-09-07

Primal Idle is a browser and desktop idle game. This page says, in plain words, what the game stores about you, where it lives, who can see it, and how to have it deleted. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies anywhere in the game or on this site.

Playing without an account

You can play the web game and the desktop game entirely on your own device. Your save then lives in your browser's storage (web) or in the game's data folder on your computer (desktop). Nothing about that play reaches us.

If you create a cloud account

A cloud account exists so your save can follow you between devices. For it we keep:

We do not buy, sell or share this data with anyone.

The Valley (leaderboards, Alliances, the weekly Tyrant, Rival Camps)

The Valley is opt-in. If you claim a display name we also keep:

Your email is never shown to other players and never leaves the server.

Short-lived records

Sending feedback

The in-game Send feedback form emails your message and your email address to the team's inbox (hello@replyallgames.com). If you tick Attach my current save, your exported save goes with it. That mail is read by people, not machines, and is kept only as long as it takes to act on it.

Where it lives

Everything above is stored on the servers that run primalidle.com, operated for us by our hosting provider. Email leaves through our mail provider. If you play through Steam, Valve's own privacy policy covers what Steam itself collects about you.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the in-game changelog says so.
